About Integon

Integon is a strategic delivery center based in Tijuana, Mexico, that supports insurance operations in the U.S. through customer service, claims, sales support, and technology services.

Integon has operated in Mexico since 2017, when we opened our first Tijuana office with 81 employees. Since then, we’ve grown to more than 2,800 professionals across Mexico.

Integon is a strategic delivery center that supports insurance operations. While many roles involve phone-based customer support, we also offer opportunities in back office and technology services.

Work location and work modality

Yes. Work arrangements vary by role. Some roles are on-site, while others offer flexibility to work remotely. Across all roles, we value opportunities to connect in person.

No. At this time, all remote positions must be performed within Mexico.

We do have roles available across different locations in Mexico, but availability depends on the specific role.

Job requirements and eligibility

Requirements at Integon vary by role. Many positions require advanced English skills, and valid Mexican legal documents, including an up to date INE, birth certificate, proof of address dated within the last three months, CURP, Social Security (IMSS), proof of studies (if available), and constancia de situación fiscal.

Integon roles require advanced English skills. You should feel comfortable speaking, writing and understanding English, in real time.

Integon provides the equipment you need to perform your role. For work-from-home positions, Integon also offers a stipend to help support internet and electricity costs.

Schedules, shifts, and flexibility

At Integon, night shifts are not currently offered. Schedules vary by department, and availability is generally expected between 5:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Pacific Time (PT).

Integon offers full-time positions only.

Schedule changes depend on business needs and the department. Once you’re placed into your role after training, you can discuss available scheduling options.

Application and hiring process

No. Integon does not accept walk-in applications. To be considered for a role, apply online through the Allstate career site.

Integon’s hiring process is mostly virtual. You’ll apply online and complete interviews remotely. Support is available if you need help along the way. Depending on the role, you may need to visit an Integon office to complete a medical exam.

To help create a more personal and engaging experience, we ask that you join with your camera on if your interview is virtual. Please also have a Valid Photo Identification available at the start of your interview. If you require any accommodations or have questions ahead of your interview, please reach out to your recruiter.

Note: Internal candidates are only asked to join on video; a Valid Photo Identification is not needed for the interview.

Pay, benefits, and legal benefits

Integon offers required legal benefits and additional employee benefits and perks, including IMSS, INFONAVIT, access to FONACOT, aguinaldo, vacation premium, weekly pay, two days off per week, nine paid holidays, twelve vacation days, nine extra days of paid time off, weekly food vouchers, a referral bonus, and full wages reported to IMSS and INFONAVIT.
