In 2017, Integon invested in a modern office building located in the Tijuana financial district of Zona Rio for our operations, creating an exciting workspace for more than 500 highly professional employees.

CUSTOMER
SERVICE

Our Customer Service department receives calls from our direct clients who have questions about their insurance policy. The activities that take place on these calls can include taking payments, updating account information or making changes to the policy. We provide a fun, family-oriented environment where everyone can feel welcome.

Our Spanish translation department plays an important role in customer service. Representatives field calls from our internal employees and departments that are in need of Spanish language interpreters. We strive to provide outstanding service on every call, ensuring that we can meet every customer's needs.

The Sales Department is the direct link between prospective customers and our licensed agents, which means the department has a direct impact on the company’s overall ability to drive growth.

Using our state of the art client management system the Lead Generators make outbound phone calls to interested customers who are actively searching for insurance on one of our many websites as well as various other marketing platforms.Our goal is to match them up with one of our licensed agents who can help them with their insurance needs.

Once a Lead Generator has made contact with the customer, their focus is on building quick rapport with the customer and then using that rapport to explain the many benefits of working with our company in an attempt to connect the client with a licensed insurance agent.The Lead Generators in sales are the first point of contact that many customers will have with our company and have the crucial role of setting the high standard of customer service that we hold ourselves to at Integon.

Claims

Our Claims Call Center employees are Customer Service professionals with a passion for helping others. We serve as initial contact for claims reporting and are responsible for guiding the caller to the appropriate party based on their need and the relevant policy and/or claim.Our Claims Call Center operates 365 days a year, round the clock, ensuring policyholders, agents and claimants can easily report a loss, and further, that we receive timely and accurate claim loss data.
