SALES
- Two weeks of in-depth, paid training that gives you the tools needed to be successful in our Sales Department.
- Training that covers the overall Property & Casualty insurance industry, products and systems and proven sales techniques to prepare you for success.
CLAIMS
- Four weeks of personalized paid training for Claims Call Center Specialists
- Includes classroom, labs and on the job learning opportunities
- Community learning with team members (in person and virtually)
- Education about general insurance practices, First Notice of Loss (FNOL) procedures and guidelines and our companies’ 4E commitment to our team and customers
- Emphasis on customer care, personal development and team work to empower and build leaders in the claim intake process.
SERVICE
- Six weeks of training through an in-house, paid training program.
- Training about the foundations of the insurance industry, including examples of how to utilize that knowledge in real-time customer service situations, state-specific variations in insurance, and how to navigate Integon’s knowledge management system to ensure service accuracy.
- Education about the variety of billing functions, including payment processing and complex billing resolution.
- Development of the crucial skills needed to provide superior customer service.
